Ingredients
- 3 lb Pot Roast
- 1/2 Head Cabbage choped in chunks
- 4 Ounces Red Radishes Quartered
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped in Chunks
- 4 Celery Sticks Chopped in Chunks
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
- 2 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- Throw roast in crock pot and arrange veggies around (you can use any "approved" veggies for a total of 48 ounces, sprinkle with spices (can use any approved spices) Cook 6-8 hours on low. Portion & freeze or serve immediatly
