Chinese Skillet {Eggroll in a Bowl}

Chinese Skillet (EggRoll in a Bowl)
This is one of my favorite meals while dropping weight! It tastes like eggrolls in a bowl. I make 2 batches at once and refrigerate/freeze in individual containers...8 meals made easy! And so much better {and better for you} than pre-packaged junk. I use simple Ziploc freezer bags... Note: I sometimes use half the amount of cabbage and the other half onions/tomatoes instead...similar to "unstuffed" cabbage rolls. YUM

    Instructions
    1. Brown beef, Seasoning with salt,pepper,onion powder, garlic powder as desired...until just browned
    2. Add to the hamburger 16 oz chopped cabbage, and pour braggs mix in.
    3. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes or until the cabbage reaches your desired doneness. Stir as needed to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
    4. I sometimes freeze in individual glad ware or freezer bags
