This is one of my favorite meals while dropping weight! It tastes like eggrolls in a bowl. I make 2 batches at once and refrigerate/freeze in individual containers...8 meals made easy! And so much better {and better for you} than pre-packaged junk. I use simple Ziploc freezer bags... Note: I sometimes use half the amount of cabbage and the other half onions/tomatoes instead...similar to "unstuffed" cabbage rolls. YUM

Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 2 T Braggs Liquid Amino
- 2 T water
- 1 Packet Stevia
- 16 Ounces Chopped Cabbage I like to buy the alreday shreaded bagged kind

Instructions
- Brown beef, Seasoning with salt,pepper,onion powder, garlic powder as desired...until just browned
- Add to the hamburger 16 oz chopped cabbage, and pour braggs mix in.
- Cover and steam for about 15 minutes or until the cabbage reaches your desired doneness. Stir as needed to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
- I sometimes freeze in individual glad ware or freezer bags
