Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Ounces chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish, bake at 350 for around an hour. I serve with bbq sauce!
- You can also add 2-4 wasa crackers or 4 melba toasts (will count towards daily total) and also add 4 T prepared bbq sauce (recipe under dressings, drop it low)
